## [PQM.net, Official Webcaster of ALL IN for the 4th Year: A Look Back at Canada's Biggest AI Event](https://blog.pqm.net/en/recap-of-all-in-2026)

# 10,000 ATTENDEES, +50 COUNTRIES, TWO MAIN STAGES: PQM.NETDEMONSTRATED HOW LARGE ORGANIZATIONS CAN DELIVER VIRTUAL AND HYBRID EVENTS WITHOUT COMPROMISE.

# 10,000 ATTENDEES, +50 COUNTRIES, TWO MAIN STAGES: PQM.NETDEMONSTRATED HOW LARGE ORGANIZATIONS CAN DELIVER VIRTUAL AND HYBRID EVENTS WITHOUT COMPROMISE.

On September 16 and 17, the fourth edition of [ALL IN](https://allinevent.ai/) brought a record number of attendees to the Palais des congrès de Montréal to explore artificial intelligence and the technologies transforming organizations.

Webcasting partner and exhibitor since ALL IN's very first edition, PQM.net used the event to demonstrate how organizations can address the emerging challenges of virtual and hybrid events. Behind the technology demonstrations and AI discussions, three questions came up consistently at the PQM.net booth.

### **What Visitors Wanted to Know**

### **1. Does our data stay in Canada? The question of sovereignty and security**

For government departments, public agencies, financial institutions, and large enterprises, the question is no longer simply whether data is protected.

Organizations want to know where it is hosted, who has access to it, and what certifications can demonstrate this. In many sectors, these criteria are now as important as a platform's functionality.

In this context, [PQM.net's ISO/IEC 27001 certification](https://blog.pqm.net/en/iso-27001-certification) and its role as the official webcasting provider for the Government of Quebec provide organizations managing strategic communications and sensitive information with concrete assurances.

![all\_in\_photos\_blog\_2](https://blog.pqm.net/hs-fs/hubfs/all_in_photos_blog_2.png?width=1920&height=1080&name=all_in_photos_blog_2.png)Conversations with visitors at the PQM.net booth during ALL IN 2026.

### **2. How can a multilingual audience be reached without complicating the experience?**

Events today reach increasingly diverse audiences, yet delivering a multilingual experience often remains costly and operationally complex.

Since ALL IN's inaugural edition in 2023, organizers ([Scale AI](https://www.scaleai.ca/) and [Mila](https://mila.quebec/en)) have used [StudioCast.Ai](https://studiocast.ai/en) to make conference sessions accessible in both French and English through simultaneous audio translation and real-time subtitling.

Integrated directly into the [StudioCast.ca](https://pqm.net/en/platform) streaming platform, this solution allows attendees to select their preferred language without leaving the viewing experience.

For organizations hosting assemblies, conferences, symposiums, or corporate events, this means a single event can now reach multiple audiences simultaneously, without multiplying infrastructure or production teams.

![Screen displaying a conference simultaneously translated into English, with real-time subtitles generated by StudioCast.Ai.](https://blog.pqm.net/hs-fs/hubfs/all_in_photos_blog_1.png?width=1920&height=1080&name=all_in_photos_blog_1.png)Conference session translated live via StudioCast.Ai.

### **3. How can high-quality broadcasting be delivered at scale?**

The need for comprehensive, end-to-end support — from planning through live broadcast to post-event content availability — was another recurring theme in conversations with visitors.

Visitors were not simply looking for a platform to learn and manage on their own; they wanted a fully supported solution backed by a dedicated team.

This requirement is accompanied by a further challenge: maintaining impeccable video quality when thousands of users are watching the same broadcast simultaneously.

With this in mind, PQM.net announced a [strategic partnership with Hive Streaming](https://blog.pqm.net/en/pqm.net-hive-streaming) on the opening day of ALL IN.

This partnership integrates Hive Streaming's *peer-to-peer* distribution technology into PQM.net's webcasting solutions, enabling the delivery of 4K video content across corporate networks without congestion or strain on existing infrastructure.

In practice, this means the quality captured on-site or in-studio is the same quality received by the remote viewer, even when thousands of employees or participants are watching the same broadcast at once.

### **What ALL IN 2026 Reveals About the Future of Events**

ALL IN 2026 highlighted the evolving priorities of organizations: communicating more securely, more accessibly, and more effectively.

Organizations are now seeking:

- secure, compliant platforms that host data in Canada;
- multilingual, accessible experiences;
- professional-grade video quality at scale;
- comprehensive service for the delivery of virtual and hybrid events.

### **See You in 2027**

Mark your calendars: September 22 and 23, 2027, at the Palais des congrès de Montréal, for the fifth edition of ALL IN — already shaping up to be a must-attend event for organizations seeking to understand and anticipate technological change.

**Montreal (Quebec), September 16, 2026** – **PQM.net**, a Canadian pioneer in premium webcasting solutions since 1998, today announced a strategic partnership with [**Hive Streaming**](https://www.hivestreaming.com/), the Stockholm-based leader in enterprise video delivery and analytics. The agreement integrates Hive's peer-to-peer distribution technology directly into [**StudioCast.ca**](https://pqm.net/en/platform) and [**StudioCast.Ai**](https://studiocast.ai/en), **PQM.net**'s Canadian-hosted platforms — giving Canadian enterprises and public sector organizations a fully sovereign solution for large-scale live broadcasts, delivered end to end by a Canadian team.

The announcement was made on the opening day of [ALL IN](https://allinevent.ai/?srsltid=AU7gw4Wg_m1KiylUYEZVNwa8gYtRj9N-LZ3_ScQK9N_AehgT-IZTQv-8) 2026 in Montreal, where a representative from **Hive Streaming** joined the **PQM.net** team at its booth.

![Louis-Philippe Landry and E. Kyle Friedrichs in front of the PQM.net booth at ALL IN 2026.](https://blog.pqm.net/hs-fs/hubfs/all_in_image_blogue.png?width=760&height=428&name=all_in_image_blogue.png)From left to right: Louis-Philippe Landry, Partner | President of PQM.net, and E. Kyle Friedrichs, Account Manager at Hive Streaming.

**From Stockholm to Montreal: A Partnership Born in the Field**

In the first half of 2025, **PQM.net** and **Hive Streaming** were brought together on an integration for a major enterprise client — a Quebec-headquartered organization broadcasting live to tens of thousands of employees across a distributed network and multiple physical locations. What began as a technical collaboration on this one project quickly revealed a natural fit: **Hive**'s delivery layer and **PQM.net**'s production and platform stack complemented each other almost perfectly, and the result was an excellent experience for the client and its employees. That deployment has now been running in production for more than a year.

"Video quality plays a crucial role in any digital workplace and **PQM.net** is providing a complete solution from camera crew to **StudioCast,** their secure Canadian platform," said **Niklas Haggen, CEO of Hive Streaming**. "We are very excited and proud to be working with **PQM.net** to help streamline the live video broadcasts within global enterprises."

**Peer-to-Peer Distribution, Now Native to StudioCast.ca**

Most corporate networks were never provisioned to push live video to thousands of employee devices at once. The usual answer is more hardware, more bandwidth, and more cost — or, more often, a quiet decision to lower the video quality until the network stops complaining.

**Hive**'s peer-assisted eCDN takes a different route. Instead of every device pulling the stream independently from the source, devices on the same network share the stream between themselves — dramatically reducing load on corporate WAN links while maintaining video quality at the edge. No additional hardware. No additional bandwidth provisioning. The existing network simply carries far more.

**Quality That Survives the Trip to the Viewer**

The real gain is what that bandwidth headroom makes possible. With peer-to-peer distribution carrying the load, **StudioCast.ca** can deliver the stream at full 4K without overwhelming the corporate network — which means the quality captured in the room is the quality the audience actually sees.

"Our video production has always been broadcasting grade — multi-camera, professional lighting and audio, a director calling the show live," said **Louis-Philippe Landry, President of PQM.net**. "What often happens in the corporate infrastructure with VPNs, etc. is that this quality got compressed when it reached the viewer. With **Hive**'s peer-to-peer distribution built into **StudioCast**, that quality now travels all the way to the end user. Whether the event is 100% virtual or hybrid, the audience online finally sees and hears exactly what the audience in the room does. That's a real upgrade in experience, not a technical detail."

Integrated into **StudioCast.ca**, the solution also brings real-time analytics and monitoring, allowing communications and IT teams to track audience quality of experience (QoE) and network performance as the event unfolds — and to troubleshoot live rather than after the fact.

**A Canadian Solution, End to End**

For enterprises and government organizations navigating data sovereignty requirements, the partnership answers a question that has become considerably more pressing: where does the data live, and who controls the chain?

Under the partnership, clients benefit from:

- **Canadian data hosting** across **StudioCast.ca** and **StudioCast.Ai**, ensuring full data sovereignty and compliance with domestic privacy regulations
- **ISO/IEC 27001-certified operations**, covering **PQM.net**'s platforms and production workflows
- **Peer-to-peer delivery at scale** through **Hive**'s eCDN, without new hardware or bandwidth investment
- **Full 4K broadcast quality** from capture to employee device
- **Market-leading analytics** for real-time monitoring and troubleshooting during live events
- **White-glove service** from pre-production planning through live execution and post-event delivery
- **On-site presence**, backed by **PQM.net**'s studios in Montreal and Rimouski and its network of production partners across Canada, the U.S., Asia, and Europe

**PQM.net, Building Momentum**

The partnership builds on a period of accelerated growth for **PQM.net**, following the acquisition of Agence Webdiffusion (AWD), the opening of its Montreal studio, and its ISO/IEC 27001 certification.

This certification marks a significant milestone in **PQM.net’s** continued growth, following recent strategic developments including the [acquisition of Agence Webdiffusion (AWD)](https://blog.pqm.net/en/pqm.net-continues-its-expansion-with-acquisition-of-agence-webdiffusion-awd) and the [opening of its new Montreal studio](https://blog.pqm.net/en/pqm.net-a-new-webcasting-studio-at-montreals-1-chabanel-building). Together, these advancements reinforce the company’s positioning as a trusted, enterprise-grade partner for secure, high-performance webcasting.

## **Elevating Security Standards Across StudioCast.ca, StudioCast.Ai, and Client Services**

## **Strengthening a Platform for Growth**

As data sovereignty becomes an increasingly critical consideration for Canadian enterprises and government organizations, **PQM.net**'s commitment to hosting all client data exclusively in Canada positions it as a natural partner for regulated industries navigating privacy and compliance requirements.

The certification further aligns with **PQM.net**'s broader strategy to serve larger enterprise clients and the public sector, requiring the highest levels of compliance and data protection. Combined with expanded production capabilities in Montreal and strengthened client relationships, **PQM.net** is positioned for accelerated growth in Canada and beyond.
